Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a qualified sales development representative (SDR) to join our organization due to the high interest we have received from multi-unit brands following LOMA's launch in 2023. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of the multi-unit and franchise industry, be a quick learner, and possess a high degree of grit. This is an incredible opportunity for individuals who are looking for an uncapped earning potential.

What the role involves

  • Demonstrate confidently how our software and services meet the needs of our customers, utilizing extensive research and in-depth knowledge.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects
  • Build relationships with VP & C-Suite prospects to methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel and pipeline
  • Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook
  • Non-transactional cold calls
  • Crafting high-quality emails that translate into appointments
  • Booking qualified meetings for the CEO
  • Proactively follow up with prospects
  • Document sales calls for CEO
  • Responsible for documenting sales activity in CRM and proper information handoff to operations & customer teams

Required qualifications

  • Have a proven track record in self-generating leads to book meetings (not inbound leads)
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. We're a startup, we're rapidly learning and evolving our product and messaging
  • Creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced work environment

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or at least five years of relevant work experience
  • Experience as a sales development representative with a track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Strong desire to move up within a sales organization
  • Proficiency with Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha
  • Early-stage start-up experience
  • Book of business in the corporate franchise space
  • Franchise, multi-unit, or restaurant technology background
